Fende-Eseme Midiki Fule is the passionate and visionary President/CEO of BAFCUDA USA, a driving force behind the organization's mission to preserve and promote Bafaw culture. As a Senior Finance Manager at CASIE, she possesses strong analytical and organizational skills, essential for managing the organization's financial resources. Her commitment to community extends beyond BAFCUDA USA, as she actively volunteers her time with the Boy Scouts of America, demonstrating her dedication to youth development. When not immersed in her professional endeavors, Fende enjoys exercising, cooking, and writing, reflecting her well-rounded personality and zest for life.

Ma Constance Matuke Dibo serves as Vice President of BAFCUDA USA and has been an active leader within the organization since 2016, previously serving as Treasurer. An educator by profession, she brings a strong commitment to service, cultural preservation, and community development. Her contributions span educational with the relaunch of the Lifo Software Application, humanitarian, and development initiatives, including support for the BAFLADEAS Secretariat, community projects in Ikiliwindi, and healthcare initiatives in Kumba. Passionate about preserving Bafaw heritage, she also uses education and digital platforms to promote the LIFỌ language and strengthen cultural connections among younger generations in the diaspora.

Mǎ Elɔ̂-Fese Eyembe serves as Secretary General and Communications Director of BAFCUDA USA, bringing a dynamic blend of strategic leadership, technology, and communications expertise to the National Executive Committee. An accomplished IT Program Manager, she brings experience in strategic planning, cross functional coordination, resource management, risk mitigation, and organizational execution. In her dual role, Mǎ Elɔ̂-Fese supports the effective administration of BAFCUDA USA while helping strengthen the organization’s communications, digital presence, and engagement with its members.Passionate about cultural preservation and community advancement, she is committed to leveraging technology, structure, and effective communication to support BAFCUDA USA’s mission, preserve Bafaw heritage, and build a stronger, more connected community for future generations.

Shi Bakoma Bitaseme Mboe is a member of the BAFCUDA USA North Carolina Chapter. He has been part of BAFCUDA USA since 2017 and has Bafaw roots in Kumba and Dikomi. As An Information Technology professional, Shi Bakoma brings a structured and Technology focused approach to his role. His priorities include developing a standardized Financial Secretary SOP to promote consistency, accountability, and continuity in BAFCUDA USA’s financial administration. Outside of BAFCUDA, he enjoys American football, drumming, technology, and sleeping. Fun fact: he is the youngest sibling in his family.

Ma Samdeline Lobe serves is a member of the BAFCUDA North Carolina Chapter. Originally from Kumba, she has been part of BAFCUDA USA for six years. A healthcare professional and nurse, Ma Samdeline is passionate about service and giving back, particularly through supporting community needs back home and providing assistance to underprivileged children. As Treasurer, she is committed to promoting transparency, accountability, and integrity while supporting the continued growth and unity of BAFCUDA USA.

Outside of her professional and community service, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and serving others. Her guiding belief is simple: “Together We Stand” through unity and mutual support, we can accomplish more for our community.

Shi Sona Ebako, BAFCUDA USA's Cultural Officer, brings a deep passion for Bafaw heritage to his role. As a Bonafide Bafaw Man Born and Raised in Kumba, Sona demonstrates a strong work ethic and dedication to public service. His extensive knowledge and love of the Bafaw culture and traditions makes him an invaluable asset to BAFCUDA USA, ensuring the preservation and promotion of these rich traditions for future generations.

Daniel Abwa Akwo brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for Bafaw culture to his role as the National Chairman of the Advisory Board for BAFCUDA USA.  Having retired from a career with the Maryland Department of National Resources, Park Services, Daniel's commitment to community and heritage remains strong.  As an ardent culturalist who has dedicated a significant amount of time serving on the BAFCUDA USA Executive Board, his wisdom, historical perspective, and profound knowledge of Bafaw traditions are greatly admired and considered essential to the organization's guidance and success.
