Vennessa Sona is the passionate and visionary President/CEO of BAFCUDA USA, a driving force behind the organization's mission to preserve and promote Bafaw culture. As a registered nurse and case manager, Vennessa's dedication to improving lives extends beyond healthcare. Her deep fascination with cultures, particularly the Bafaw heritage, led her to produce a documentary on the Bafaw tradition of childbirth (“Linyangi”) while living in Cameroon. As one of the ten founding members of BAFCUDA USA, Vennessa has tirelessly worked to put Bafaw on the global map. Her leadership as president of BAFCUDA Greater Washington was instrumental in the release of the "Proudly Bafaw" booklet, a testament to her commitment to preserving Bafaw culture for generations to come.
